The RhinoOMS Population Data Upload Module allows users, with the requisite permissions, to upload new population model data to S3 and Redshift. Newly uploaded data will always override previously uploaded data for a particular year and data type. To proceed, please ensure you have the following:
Ensure your data are formatted into the correct structure. Below represents an example of what this structure should look like. Note that the column names are case-sensitive, so please ensure all column names are exactly the same as in the example. If you’re struggling to match this exact format, simply download the data in this example and insert your new data.
Ensure that the id column contains unique integer values.
Ensure that the site column contains site names of registered RhinoOMS sites. These site names are case- and character-sensitive, so please spell them exactly as they are within the Site Management Module. Multiple sites can be uploaded at once.
Once the data are loaded into RhinoOMS, click the Verify Data button. This will perform some standard data checks, and then, if passed, will allow you to Submit the upload.
If you experience any issues when attempting to upload population model data, please report it to the Issue Tracker.
