Module Information and Requirements

The Registered Rhinos module is where information on known rhinos is managed from.

Specifically, the Edit Reference tab in the Registered Rhinos module allows users to add or change an existing Reference Image (good quality image of rhino to represent that individual).

To proceed, please ensure you have the following:

  • Stable internet connection
  • S3 and Redshift/Database credentials


Step-by-Step Guidelines

Step 1

Select the RhinoOMS ID of the rhino you would like to edit the reference image of.

Step 2

Click Browse to upload a reference image for the individual.

Step 3

Click “Upload Reference” to the online database. This will replace any existing reference image.
